This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through WEA Academy, operated by WEA Academy Limited.
1. Subscription Billing
WEA Academy may be offered either as a single one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription, with different subscription periods available such as 1, 3, 9, or 12 months or longer. The price, billing period, and whether the plan renews automatically will be stated at the point of sale. For recurring plans, by subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because our service provides immediate access to digital content, the following applies:
7-day refund window for new subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than two lessons of the subscribed content, or a total equal to that across different lessons, or applied for a certificate. Once these limits are reached, the subscription for that period is considered used and is non-refundable.
Renewals: Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you are charged in error or charged more than once for the same period, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@wea-academy.org from the address associated with your account, including your name, order/transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10-20 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.

We reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
