WEA Gold Partner Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The WEA Gold Partner Program is a global rewards program designed for education centers, employment agencies, professionals, and others to earn referral rewards through their networks.
2. Activate Education Partner Program
Subscribe to WEA Membership and activate Education Partner Program to earn Extra Income: Tier 1: 35% + Tier 2: 10%.
3. Education Partner Program Reward
When a new user subscribes to the WEA Membership using your referral link and completes the subscription of the WEA Membership, you will be rewarded with cash value.
Earn rewards every time your referred users subscribe to the WEA Membership:
Tier 1 (T1): Earn 35% of the subscription fee from subscribers you directly refer.
Tier 2 (T2): Earn 10% of the subscription fee from subscribers referred by your Tier 1 referrals.
Rewards are calculated based on the subscription fee only after deducting the transaction fee, and other charges.
4. Gold Partner Program Reward
Earn Quarterly Global Revenue: 3% based on your contributions (equivalent to 3% Unlimited-Tier Referral Commissions (Paid Quarterly)).
5. Cash Value
Subscription value yields a Cash Value Reward:
Pending Status: The reward is initially credited as "Pending Cash Value" upon your referee's subscription completion.
Available Status: After a set period with no refund request, it automatically becomes "Available Cash Value", ready to be used or cashed out.
6. Withdrawal of Available Cash Value
Bank Disbursement: Users may execute a withdrawal of their Available Cash Value to a designated bank account (e.g., via Stripe). All distributions are subject to a minimum accumulation threshold, a set processing schedule, and standard interbank transfer timelines.
7. Enrolment and Eligibility
Participation in the Gold Partner Program requires an enrolment and review process. As part of this review, applicants must satisfy the Public Recruitment Statement requirement set out in Section 8, and we will verify compliance before approving any application. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Gold Partner Program at any time, including but not limited to instances of prolonged inactivity, removal or alteration of the required Public Recruitment Statement, or any breach of our program guidelines.
8. Public Recruitment Statement Requirement
As a condition of participation, each WEA Gold Partner shall publicly display, within their recruitment requirements on their official website or official social media channels, a statement confirming that:
- candidates holding a WEA International Certificate will be preferred and considered in higher priority; and
- candidates holding a global award certificate from the WEA World Cup will be regarded as a definite advantage.
8.1 Required Statement: The Gold Partner shall display the following text exactly as written, without modification, abbreviation, or omission:
- We give preference and higher priority to candidates holding a WEA International Certificate. Candidates holding a global award certificate from the WEA World Cup will be considered a definite advantage in our recruitment process.
8.2 Placement: The Required Statement must be placed where it is readily visible to prospective candidates, such as on a careers/recruitment page, job posting, or a pinned/featured post on an official social media account. The statement must remain publicly accessible for the full duration of the Gold Partner's participation in the Program.
8.3 Verification: Display of the Required Statement is a mandatory verification condition during the WEA Gold Partner application process. Applicants must provide a direct URL (and, where applicable, a screenshot) showing the Required Statement live on their website or social media at the time of application. Applications that do not satisfy this condition will not be approved. We reserve the right to re-verify compliance at any time, and failure to maintain the Required Statement may result in suspension or termination of Gold Partner status and forfeiture of any Pending Cash Value.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion, including changes to reward rates, Cash Value holding periods, withdrawal thresholds, and eligibility requirements.
