WEA Global Scholarship Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to all registered WeaEmpower users. Premium membership is not required.
2. Earning S-Credits
2.1 Scholarship Credits ("S-Credits") are awarded for certificates earned during a season as follows:

2.2 Only certificates earned within the season period count toward that season. The Tier or Grade of each certificate as of the season end time is used for calculation; later changes do not apply.
2.3 S-Credits are counted and rewards granted on the day immediately following each season's end date. Please refer to the relevant page in the WeaEmpower App or Web App for the exact season period.
2.4 S-Credits reset to zero once a participant is awarded the Global Scholarship. If a participant is not awarded the scholarship in a given season, their S-Credits are retained and carried over to the next season.
3. Rewards
3.1 Participants with 12 or more S-Credits at season end are eligible for the Global Scholarship (USD 200).
3.2 Participants with 24 or more S-Credits at season end will receive a Letter of Recommendation from WEA.
3.3 Funding and Allocation: At least 3.3% of WEA Net Income will be contributed to this program. A fixed amount of USD200 Global Scholarship will be awarded to eligible users on a seasonal base. If the number of eligible users for the Global Scholarship Reward is more than the funding sponsored by WEA. The more Scholarship Credits earned by the user (comparing with that of other users), the higher chance the user will receive the Global Scholarship USD200 under this program.
4. Granting of Rewards
4.1 No manual application is required. Rewards are automatically granted to all participants who meet the requirements in Section 3 at season end, subject to 3.3.
4.2 WEA may request identity verification before releasing any reward. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Conduct
5.1 Certificates must be earned through genuine effort. Fraud, cheating, impersonation, or use of multiple accounts is prohibited.
5.2 WEA may invalidate S-Credits, revoke eligibility, withhold or reclaim rewards, and suspend accounts for any breach of these Terms. S-Credits from revoked certificates will be removed.
6. Changes
WEA Academy Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without further notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Final Decision
All decisions regarding the Program, including eligibility, S-Credit calculation, and the awarding of any reward, are at the sole discretion of WEA Academy Limited and are final and binding.
8. General
WEA is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Program, including technical failures or delays, to the extent permitted by law.
