Global Reward Sharing Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to Education Partners holding an active WEA Membership: Premium ("Premium Education Partners") only. Basic Education Partners are not eligible to participate or receive P-Credits.

1.2 No registration or application is required. All Premium Education Partners are automatically enrolled in the Program.

1.3 Participants must maintain an active Premium membership to remain eligible.

 

2. Earning P-Credits

2.1 Partner Credits ("P-Credits") are awarded for referred Premium Members with an active subscription as follows:

2.2 P-Credits are counted and added to each Premium Education Partner's account on the 1st of every month, 23:59:59 (UTC−12). Only Tier 1 and Tier 2 referred Premium Members with an active subscription at the exact counting time are included. Referred members whose subscription has expired, been cancelled, or not yet started at the counting time will not be counted.

2.3 Please refer to the relevant page in the WeaEmpower App or Web App for the exact counting date and time.

2.4 P-Credits reset to zero once a participant is awarded the Global Reward. If a participant is not awarded the Global Reward in a given fiscal year, their P-Credits are retained and carried over to the next fiscal year.

 

3. Rewards

3.1 Premium Education Partners who have accumulated 300 or more P-Credits are eligible for the Global Reward Sharing Program. Education Partners with WEA Membership: Basic cannot earn any P-Credits or receive any rewards from the Global Reward Sharing Program.

3.2 Funding and Allocation: At least 5.5% of WEA Net Income will be contributed to the Global Reward under this program.  Earn a maximum of USD50,000 reward from the Global Reward Sharing Program.

The actual amount of the reward will depend on the total number of Partner Credits earned by the Premium Education Partner. The more Partner Credits earned by the Premium Education Partner, the higher chance the Premium Education Partner will get the maximum reward of USD50,000 under this program.

The reward of the Global Reward Sharing Program will be released in the month following the fiscal year end of WEA (the last day of every March). The Partner Credits of Premium Education Partners will be reset to zero once the Global Reward is awarded.

 

4. Granting of Rewards

4.1 No manual application is required. Rewards are automatically granted to all Premium Education Partners who meet the requirements in Section 3 at the fiscal year end, subject to 3.2.

4.2 WEA may request identity verification before releasing any reward. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

5. Conduct

WEA may invalidate P-Credits, revoke eligibility, withhold or reclaim rewards, and suspend accounts for any breach of these Terms. P-Credits from invalidated or refunded subscriptions will be removed.

 

6. Changes

WEA Academy Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without further notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

7. Final Decision

All decisions regarding the Program, including eligibility, P-Credit calculation, and the awarding of any reward, are at the sole discretion of WEA Academy Limited and are final and binding.

 

8. General

WEA is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Program, including technical failures or delays, to the extent permitted by law.
